Dismissal written by Kalong Ningkan

February 06, 2009

I am Stephen Kalong Ninkan, CM of Sarawak in 1966. I was dismissed by the Governor Tun Hj Openg based on representations made by the opposition that I no longer cease to command the majority of the members of Council Negeri. Governor asked me to resign I refused. The Governor dismissed me, and he appointed Tawi Sli to be CM.I sued both Governor Tun Hj Openg and Tawi Sli. They think they very big ah. I won. The Judge said, Governor, where got power to dismiss CM. Council Negeri must first hold meeting and move a vote of no confidence against CM. Judge said I am still the CM. The Judge also said, appointing Tawi Sli when I was still CM was a foolish act.At least in my case, I was considered legally dismissed when the Serawak Gov't under its constitution published a gazette notification proclaiming I was dismissed.

In Perak, I heard, before this is done, that bastard S/S and Police OCPD, both Umno machais prevented MB and his Exco from performing their duty. Some more I heard chased the MB out of office. Bloody gangster.I tell you, Serawak in 1966 conducted our crisis more civilly than Perak. Abang Openg not a former Judge also got class lah. What is this? Informing Bernama that MB must resign or be considered sacked. Governor Abang Openg never write to Bernama one but published gazette notification lah. peninsular Malaysia..no class compared to 1966 Sarawak. Now Serawak with the white haired fella follow peninsular Malaysia.

Good day. Sue them Karpal. They think they big ahh. Don't want to follow law and constitution one. Behave like gangsters.

I support Karpal
